The quote that still runs my screen

"Crypto is about to go on a giga rally. Everything you think you know about how these charts move will be completely wrong and it's already starting. We will have violent pumps and then you'll think that surely we must be due for a pull back but you will be so terrible wrong. We will pump higher, and then higher, and then higher until you say \"Mr. President, please stop. We can't handle so much winning.\""

That line from David Chaboki (Shibo) on @GodsBurnt hit on 21 Aug 2026 with a gold-versus-Bitcoin chart clip, and it is still the sentence I hear when the live room gets loud. Same day he posted that crypto was pumping harder than anyone imagined while retail had not fully noticed, and that another week of it would push the whole market into crazy territory. He closed another note the same Friday with a blunt reminder that the room had been warned, that the cycle had barely moved relative to a coming euphoric retail frenzy, and that non-believers had been shaken on purpose.

I did not treat those posts like entertainment. I treated them like an ownership map.

What the live rooms kept repeating

Shibo co-hosts daily Crypto Spaces Network broadcasts, and through mid-to-late August the linked Spaces sat next to the same board over and over. On the 21st the path was simple: Bitcoin to $400,000, Solana to $1,000, Ethereum to $10,000, with a portfolio tag meme meant to force a bookmark. Days earlier he framed CLARITY Act timing, ETF bidding, a BlackRock-style allocation mention, and a stop-waiting-for-perfect-entries stance. Another note stacked dollar pressure, yields, jobs data, cooling inflation, and "Not QE" into a risk-on Q4 parabolic case. On the 18th he called a generational run with a Senate CLARITY window and an FOMC slot that could surprise on cuts, arguing institutions had a short window to bid. On the 16th and 17th the language was retail flood, alts and memes going wild, and stackers who stayed for years getting paid like the AI wave paid early believers.

None of that was whispered. It was the live room menu. I kept the board open while candles formed, not after.

Ownership is the utility

The utility for me was not a forecast scorecard. The utility was a clean rule set for how I own bags. Fade logic wants a cleaner dip. Pullback chat wants permission to wait. His posts kept saying the opposite: violent pumps, then another higher high, then another, while people who needed a perfect entry got shaken. That is operator language. It turns a stack into something you manage on purpose instead of something you apologize for every red hour.

I stopped building my day around imaginary mean-reversion theater. I started building it around the path he kept posting while the Spaces ran. Majors ripping or chopping still get read through the same higher-high frame. Alts get sized with the same retail-frenzy backdrop he named when the timeline was quieter. The board is not magic. It is a filter. Ownership means I know which side of the filter I am on before the chat starts inventing a better entry that never arrives.

Why the room still quotes it

Live rooms reward language that stays useful after the post cools. Shibo’s mid-August streak did that. The giga-rally framing, the 10X-harder pump note, the bookmark targets, the CLARITY and FOMC calendar pressure, the retail-still-late observation, all of it still shows up when stackers talk path instead of panic. I hear it in how people defend holding through the noise. I hear it in how they refuse to treat every green candle as the last one.

I am not here to invent a ledger of wins the sources do not show. I am here to say what actually changed in my process. The live upside map gave my bags a job description. Stack when the thesis is clear. Hold when the room begs for a pullback that the posted path keeps rejecting. Read the chart through the levels he locked while the Spaces were still open.

That is the whole operator habit. The market will do what it does. My stack still speaks the language from his August board, and I keep that language closer than any dip-hunting script that already lost the room once.
